Warm a pea sized amount in the hands and apply generously to the hands. Use as a nail moisturiser: Apply a small amount of Defiant Beauty Healing Hand Balm to the nails and leave to be absorbed. Wipe away any excess oil with damp cotton wool. Suitable for Vegetarians, contains beeswax. 

Please note-the use of this balm can make the hands, feet and the jar slippery. Use with care.

Defiant Beauty Mild Mint Foot Balm
Use as a foot moisturiser: Warm a pea sized amount in the hands and apply generously to the feet.

Use as a foot mask: Cover the feet in a thick layer of balm and cover with cotton socks.

Use as a nail moisturiser: Apply a small amount of Defiant Beauty Mild Mint Foot Balm to the nails and leave to be absorbed. Wipe away any excess oil with damp cotton wool. Suitable for Vegetarians, contains beeswax. Can make feet slippery, use with care.

Defiant Beauty Cleanse and Moisturise
Use as a cleansing balm. Warm a pea sized amount in the hands and apply in gentle sweeping motions to the face. Remove with a warm cloth or damp cotton wool pads. To moisturise: apply small amounts until the skin no longer absorbs the balm. Remove any excess using warm cloth or damp cotton wool pads.

Suitable for Vegetarians, contains beeswax.
